    Description

    Power Elevating seat motor, controls and attachment frame.  Originally from a Jazzy 600ES, can be used on many types of chairs.
    The donor paid to put this on his wife's wheelchair because Medicare would not pay for it.  His wife died and Medicare demanded the chair back, so he was left with the power elevator.
    Used approximately 2 months, less than 5 times.
